Well I had a bit of a treat because Mercie, being a Wahroonga-ite, lives nearby and we travelled across together to do her La Perouse pre-wedding photoshoot with Mike (who got to take her home! – So it was a win-lose situation). It was a lot of fun sharing the travel time with conversation and laughter.

Mercie looked lovely, partly a benefit of having the fabulous Mel Sundana doing hair and make-up, and partly because she is anyway.

Once at La Perouse, and Bare Island, Mercie happily leapt into Mike’s arms and we made the most of a really beautiful day with lots and lots of happy, cute, cuddly, in-love pictures.

We’ve ended up with some gorgeous photographs. Actually it’s hard to go wrong down there because of the quality of the location. Being just a few minutes from the city it resembles nothing of the type. It is very much like a tropical getaway. A couple of those sunset shots lower down make me think of a more South Pacific location that a busy working city Harbour.

Congratulations on the engagement Mike and Mercie.
