This is Brendan and Hannah. He’s from Brisbane, she’s from NZ, home is Sydney and they decided that the Hunter Valley was a good place to marry. And it is. This is their Wandin Estate Wedding.
The families had spent a couple of days relaxing close to Wandin Valley Estate on nearby properties.
Brendan and his friends started the day out by washing the wedding cars. The boys then handed over a note and gift from Hannah…
At Hannah’s everything was well under way and the bridal party was full of excitement. Dresses, shoes, flowers all in readiness.
Brendan’s gift to Hannah was this beautiful mirror.
Hannah wanted her Dad to help with the shoes/ sandals.
Inside here, the barrel room, life is about to change. This, for me, is simply the most exciting part of a wedding. The moments before, the anticipation.
Afterwards, it’s hugging and laughter and lots of gasps and oohs and aahs.
A great dinner in the pavilion (after the guests had been enjoying some sports with canapés and drinks on the oval), lots of fun speeches, wise words, and dancing to celebrate a marriage.
