In every way it remains a privilege to watch love publicly expressed, to witness celebrations and the evident care of families and close friends enjoying the culmination of, often, hard fought relationships. Weddings are historic stepping stones (the date of which women never forget and men valiantly try to remember).
I love watching the prep, the interaction, the quiet moments and the loud exclamations of laughter and triumph. Every wedding has them and it’s wonderful to be able to capture them as the treasured memories they will forever be.
Martin and Rosie had a wonderful wintery day for their wedding celebration. What will stick in my mind is the memory of Rosie’s face overcome with great happiness as Martin had presented her, via one of the wonderful page boys, with the last piece of a jigsaw he had started giving her from the first date.
The puzzle is complete. Love conquers all.
